Yes, the credit is valid for 12 months. This applies to all customers who use the OKdokument API when recharging any amount of credit.
It is a group of documents sent within a single signing process that was submitted for signature via API. If one envelope contains multiple documents and multiple signers, it is still considered a single envelope.

The first payment includes a one-time activation fee for API access of 490 €.
Example: If you purchase credit for 500 envelopes, your first payment will consist of 290 € for credit and 490 € for access to the service. With each additional top-up, you only pay for the credit.
