FAQ
Yes, the credit is valid for 12 months. This applies to all customers who use the OKdokument API when recharging any amount of credit.
The signature request represents each document that has been sent for signature via the API. If there are several signatures in a document, it is still a single signature request.

The first payment includes a one-time activation fee for API access of 490 €.
Example: If you purchase credit for 500 signature requests, your first payment will consist of 290 € for credit and 490 € for access to the service. With each additional top-up, you only pay for the credit.
