E-signature from OKdokument makes it easier for Spartan Race competitors to register for the race

Electronic signatures are being used in more and more industries. The organizers of the Spartan Race sports events are also aware of the importance of digital transformation. They have decided to simplify and facilitate the paperwork associated with registering for their races.
From November 2022, competitors can use the option of signing applications or return forms electronically thanks to the integration of the OKdokument API service. This allows them to sign return forms faster, more efficiently and comfortably from the comfort of their home. All they need is the touchscreen of their smartphone or tablet.
How can an electronic signature help with business processes?
E-signature brings Spartans several important benefits that significantly facilitate their business processes:
- Simplification of administration - competitors no longer have to print documents, sign them by hand, scan them and send them back to the organizers. They will also no longer have to come to the race and find that they are missing a paper with a signed reverse. They can arrange everything in advance online.
- Document archiving and security - thanks to the electronic signature, organizers no longer have to deal with manual processing and subsequent physical archiving of registration documents - everything is stored in digital form. In addition, the electronic signature is much safer and has the same legal validity as the paper one.
- Environmental protection - switching to an electronic signature will save a large amount of paper and printer toner. Emphasis on the ecological aspect and saving natural resources is a very important topic for us.
And what do the Spartans say about our e-signature?
After the first months of using the electronic signature, we received very positive feedback from the Spartan Race client and their competitors about our OKdokument service. There were also positive comments on social networks and a link for the organizers that such a useful functionality could have been launched a long time ago.
Electronic signature has become an important part of the digitalization of Spartan Race processes. We believe that OKdokument will provide their competitors with the best possible user experience, which will help them focus primarily on high-quality sports performance.
